
Ingredients:
- 1/2 White Onion, brunoised cut and brine in water with salt for 10 minutes
- 1 Roma tomato, Seeded and small diced
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro, Chopped Fine
- 2 large Avocado, ripe mashed with fork
- 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano, crushed
- 1 Lime, to taste and enough to keep the color
- Tabasco, to taste optional
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Prepare all ingridients as directed.
- Combine all ingredients in a molcajete, or bowl. Season to taste.
