The Truth Behind New Years’s Goals

The fact is, we wish that new year’s goals stick, that is for sure. The reality is… sadly, a bit different.

So, this year I am deciding to place my goals not just in writing, but in writing and as it looks… is publicly-writing.

I read that there is more chance to succeed if we participate the plan to others. I want to believe that is true. Who knows and I maybe even find some support on strangers more than we do on family.

I will do my best to share and update this post with the advance. No pictures though. Just things like scale weight and funny day to day things, like how i broke the diet, how I did my best to stick to the diet, what works for me and what not!

Let’s start the good things for today:

  • 13 days so far with NO-SODAS
  • 13 days with morning drink of water
  • 13-days procuring more than 6 cups of water (we are talking dry-2 cups top in the past)

I already messed up my food diary 2 times since I started; and I don’t expect to be perfect:

  • Ate chocolate at night
  • Drink less water (something super important)
  • I have only done 1 day of my proposed 5-minute Zumba!!!! (come-on… I should be able to do a 5-minute exercise)

An that is only 13-days! I will try to keep motivated and complete this year to loose weight.
